No. Every line of code is written in-house. Our CRM and ERP platforms — including Pupil — are maintained internally and customised per vendor rather than resold from third-party white-label vendors.
We offer ongoing maintenance, feature iteration, and cloud operations. Software we build is designed to evolve — not be handed off as a black box.
Yes. OfficeConsole HR Apps covers employee records, leave, India payroll, and payslips — and can sync staff from linked School ERP tenants so you are not maintaining two directories.
School ERP
Schools, colleges, and coaching institutes that need admissions, attendance, fees, exams, report cards, and parent communication in one system — with optional WhatsApp, email, and online fee collection.
Yes. Parents can use the shared Pupil app or a hard white-label app branded with the school's own name, logo, and colours — for announcements, fees, attendance alerts, report cards, and live bus tracking when Transport is on.
Transport includes a live bus map on OpenStreetMap at no extra charge. Google Maps is a paid OfficeConsole add-on: the bus follows real roads and parents get a driving ETA. The school is billed, not each parent. Ask sales to enable it, then choose it under Settings → Transport.
Yes. Fee collection integrates with each school's own Razorpay account. Credentials are stored per tenant, not shared across schools.
Each school is a separate tenant with isolated data. The platform supports DPDP-oriented retention and purge tools in the admin console. See our Privacy Policy for how OfficeConsole handles marketing-site data.
