Access to Office Console software products is provided under separate licence or subscription terms between Office Console and the customer (e.g. a school or business). These website Terms do not grant access to tenant applications, APIs, or mobile apps.

The site may reference third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Office Console shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us for site-related services in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnity

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
